I got a recommendation about this book from David Frey, well know marketer I trust. In addition, the release of this book happened on December 27, 2007, my birthday.

I cannot pass this up; the gods seem to be on my side.

On Wednesday I was in Atlanta. I arrived early at the airport and went into the bookstore. I didn't need a book, I had an unread business book in my briefcase. I walked in, walked straight to the table with the GoGiver displayed and purchased it. I was only flying from Atlanta to Tampa, but by the time I landed in Tampa, had read the book cover to cover.

To say that the book resonated with me is a total understatement. As the founder of kidsforhumanity.org, my thoughts turned immediately to how I could find a way to get my 9 year old (who is the President in Training of the not-for-profit) to understand the principles and weave it into the plans for the charity.

I had no idea that the book was so new. I hope to conect with Bob and John to find out how I can help as an ambassador and evangelist of the message of this book.

Nothing in my life happens by accident. My path is guided by a power much greater than my own. As such, I am thankful to have come across the Go-Giver and trust that this is a beginning to a long and fruitful relationship.

Like Jim, I too am looking forward to the benefits of this site based on the principals of the book The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann.

At the time of this post, the book has not been officially released. Although I, like many others, haven't had a chance to read it yet, I feel, just by reading the outline of the book, The Go-Giver will change the lives of those who read it and take its principals to heart.

Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this gem to the public. Now its up to each one of us to get the word out about this book so that more people can benefit by its powerful message.

Best wishes to Bob, John and the entire Go-Giver team on the success of this powerful book; who's time has come.

Looking forward to the wonderful benefits of this site based on the Go-Giver beliefs and attitudes. Terry Brock did a wonderful overview of book on his blog. I'm hoping this will have a positive effect on millions of people.
