I've noticed that there's a very fine a line where it's sometimes difficult to differentiate the giving concept from a way of life and a business strategy. If it becomes a strategy to get something from somebody, it doesn't really work very well. Also, in my experience, if you use the concept as a strategy in lieu of a clear mental image of what you want to be, do, or have, it's actually destructive. In my opinion, there has to be a love for what you're doing for a living before giving can be an effective and prosperous way of life. Simply put, this is about love. Where's the love? If love is absent in any area of your life, no system will work in the long run. See Wall-E for details. Great movie.

From studying Endless Referrals and the Go-Giver, I've found that the pivotal concept that took me a while to understand and live is the law of paradoxical intent. When I first read about it in Endless Referrals I didn't really grasp it and didn't really see how profound it was. Bob describes it as, "caring..but not that much." When we give without attachment and do it just for the fun of it, we get a lot more back. And that applies to goal setting, dating, working, starting a business, anything that involves an expected outcome. If we're stressing out over the outcome, it ain't gonna happen. Or if it does, we'll never be comfortable. And I've finally discovered for myself that when I recently discovered my mission in life, everything is in the flow and I don't have to stress out over anything anymore.

Everything is awesome all the time.

Hi Bob and John,

I LOVED reading "The Go-Giver" — it brought tears to my eyes, because there in plain English was my whole philosophy of business!

The past couple of years, my business has just expanded like crazy. Now, I know why! I have been unconsciously applying all the 5 Laws of Stratospheric Success.

Yes, absolutely, these laws work -- this is not just a pretty story. The application of the 5 laws actually SHIFTS the energy around you and your business.

Why not try it? Even if you don't feel all gung-ho about it, give the principles a chance to work.

You may have a far different type of business than I do,but you can find a creative way to apply the laws. You always get what you expect -- if you expect to find easy, fun ways to let this work -- it will.

My business is teaching people "blonde-proof," easy ways to become more prosperous and spiritual at the same time. I would say really embracing the "Law of Authenticity" set the accelerated success into high gear. The law of Authenticity states that: "The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself."

This is hard for some to realize what unique gifts they have. The very thing you may feel a little embarrassed about may really be your most appealing quality. I used to be a little embarrassed by my "country-sounding" voice and deep Southern accent. Now, I get so many emails from people telling me that my "voice" gave them comfort and drew them to me.

All 5 Laws are worthy of application. This is truth at a deep level. I recently sent out a mass email to my worldwide group of readers and told them about "The Go-Giver."

I advised them, "Read this ONE book and understand EVERYTHING about prosperity."

Thank you Bob and John for listening to your own inner guidance in writing this wonderful book.
