Hi Bob,
I recently gave a lead to two friends, while one did a Facebook shoutout to me about the lead, the one that meant the most was the phone call I got from the other person. His heart felt thanks meant the most to me. It showed that he was willing to take the time to contact me personally to thank me.
While I don’t expect a thank you every time, it sure makes doing things that much easier to do on a daily basis.
